During the installation of Windows 11, when you encounter the screen that prompts, "Let's connect you to a network," simply press Shift+F10 to launch the Windows command prompt.
In the command prompt, type `start ms-cxh:localonly` and hit Enter. This action will open a "Microsoft account" window, allowing you to create a new local user for your Windows 11 installation.
After filling in the information and clicking the Next button, the Windows 11 setup will continue. However, now it will continue using your created local account and will not prompt you to use a Microsoft Account.
