Web capture is a feature in Microsoft Edge that lets you take screenshots of webpages or the entire page. You can also annotate, copy, save or share your screenshots with the tool.
To use it, you can click on the web capture button on the toolbar, or press Ctrl+Shift+S on your keyboard.
Then you can select a portion of the page or capture the full page. You can also scroll down to capture more content if needed. After that, you can choose to copy the image to your clipboard, add notes with a pen or highlighter, or share it online with a link.
How do you access the web capture button in Edge ?
To access the web capture button, you need to enable it in the Edge settings.
You can go to Edge Settings > Appearances > Customize Toolbar > Toggle on Show web capture button.
You can also right-click on the web capture option in the Settings and more menu (…) and select Show in toolbar.
Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+Shift+S on your keyboard to launch web capture without using the button.
