The Bulletin Board can be used for company wide messages and are viewable only through this screen or via the Dedicated Timeclock
Bulletin Board Features:
- Separate System: It is independent from bulletins found in the Control Panel.
- Usage: Designed for company-wide messages; viewable via the Bulletin Board screen or Dedicated Timeclock.
- Setup: Requires the 'Listing Type' setup table to be filled out with multiple "Listing Types" to enable bulletins viewing dropdowns.
- Show Archived Checkbox: Available for users with Add/Edit permissions; hidden for those without.
Bulletin Placement Options:
- Workcenters: Accessible from workcenter records or directly edited from the Control Panel for operators.
- Part Operations: Displayed only when specific part-operation combinations are selected by operators on the Control Panel.
- Buildings: Bulletins can be placed within building records.
- Job Level: Enter bulletins for specific jobs.
- Timeclock Bulletins: Requires enabling 'Timeclock' column in Listing_Type setup table and activating 'Timeclock Bulletins' in the Time & Attendance Labor Tracking module
Web Listings Bulletins: Displays bulletins with the type "NEWS."
