Adding Intelliplex Reports to Favorites

You can add Intelliplex and Analytics reports to your Favorites List for quick access.

Add a Report from the Reports Screen

1. Navigate to the Reports screen.
2. Search for the report:
   • Set Module to Intelliplex.
   • Set Report to the report name.
3. Click the report name to run it.
4. Click the Star button in the upper-right corner.
5. Select Add Favorites.
6. Enter a name and any additional details for the favorite.
7. Save the favorite.

The report is now available in your Favorites List.

Add a Report Using Mass Edit Favorites

You can also use Star > Mass Edit Favorites to search for and add an Intelliplex or Analytics report to your Favorites List.

Important Notes

Some Intelliplex reports cannot be added to Favorites because they open in a portal or pop-up window. These reports:

• Do not display a Star button.
• Cannot be found through Mass Edit Favorites.

For these reports, use the regular search box to access them, or save the report as a browser favorite.
