Problem Description:
Despite having the appropriate security actions and permissions assigned to the supplier role, the supplier user is unable to add certifications through the supplier portal in UX.
Solution Summary:
To address this issue, enable the "Use_New_Supplier_Quality_Form" setting (Setting Group = Supplier).
This setting provides access to an enhanced Supplier Quality Management form in UX, significantly improving the user interface on the action bar for increased usability. With this update, features such as Certification, Sign Off, and Capabilities are easily accessible. By enablingon these features, users can seamlessly add a certificate using the "Add" action (Action name = Add Supplier Certification).
